Zira (the Indian caraway seeds) in cookery are most often applied in general or a ground look. As well as at caraway seeds white, apply zira seeds which possess characteristic aroma with a shade of a pine smell and original sweet, spiciness. Sometimes as spice use also greens of this plant.
